E-Tender: Establishment of Feeder Market (Gojra, Mandi Bahauddin) — Punjab Agriculture Marketing Regulatory Authority, Lahore

Punjab Agriculture Marketing Regulatory Authority (PAMRA), Lahore invites e-bids from technically and financially strong contractors/firms/suppliers registered on Punjab E-Procurement and holding a valid PEC license for FY 2025-26. Bids are invited under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bidding documents will be available on the Punjab E-Procurement website for downloading from August 31, 2026. Prospective bidders must be active taxpayers (FBR/NTN/PNTN) and follow instructions in the bidding documents uploaded to the PPRA/E-Procurement website.

Bid security & submission method

Prospective bidders shall submit earnest money (1% of estimated cost) via online Bank Transfer from any scheduled bank through PSID generated on Punjab E-Procurement system, as specified in the bidding document. All bids must be submitted through Punjab E-Procurement website: https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk. Original hard copy of documents as required must be produced when requested at the time of opening.

Eligibility & conditions

Bidders must be registered on Punjab E-Procurement, possess a valid PEC license for FY 2025-26 in the relevant category, and be active filers with FBR/NTN/PNTN. PAMRA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rules. Bid validity: 120 days.
