PKLI&RC Tenders: Procurement of BMT Consumables and POCT (Reagent Rental)

Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute & Research Center (PKLI&RC) invites e-bids from firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and on the Active Tax Payers list for the following procurements. Bidding documents are available on the PKLI website and on the Punjab e-Procurement System; the tender notice is also published on the PPRA website. Bids will be received under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure.

Key submission instructions: e-bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Original supporting documents and bid security must be delivered to the Supply Chain Department, PKLI&RC by the submission deadline. Bid security (as specified below) must be submitted in the form of pay order or bank guarantee in favour of Pakistan Kidney & Liver Institute & Research Center. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2020-09-21 at 11:30 AM in the Conference Room of the Supply Chain Department (Tower-A).

Documents and clarifications: Bidding documents are available immediately after publication on the PKLI website and via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Further information and submission of original documents (including bid security) must be made to the Supply Chain Department, PKLI&RC. In case of discrepancy, PPRA rules will prevail.
