Tender Notice – Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology (FY 2026-27): Laboratory Kits, IT Repair & Hospital Surveillance

Issuer: Medical Superintendent, Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology, Rawal Road, Rawalpindi. Sealed/electronic bids are invited under PPRA rules 2014 (amended) for the fiscal year 2026-27. Bidders must be registered with the relevant Tax Departments of the Government of Pakistan.

Key requirements: single-stage, two-envelope procedure; bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab E-Procurement System. A Bid Security of 2% of the estimated price (refundable) in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee is required. Bidders must also submit PSID on the Punjab e-Procurement System (PITB/e-Procurement) as prescribed by the Punjab Information Technology Board. RIC will not be responsible for any costs/expenses incurred by bidders.
