Rawalpindi Cantonment Board invites electronic bids through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) Version 2.0 for the e-auction/disposal of Parking Fee Collection Rights for the year 2026-2027 at various locations in Rawalpindi Cantonment in accordance with PPRA Rules, 2004. Interested bidders/firms must submit bids electronically through EPADS. Manual, physical or hardcopy bids will not be accepted.

Important terms (summary)
- Only bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 and registered on Active Taxpayer List (ATL) and EPADS Version 2.0 are eligible to participate. - Bids shall be submitted electronically; manual bids not accepted.
