Eligibility (key requirements):
- Active PEC registration in relevant categories: CB/CA for Projects 1–2; C3/C2 or above for Projects 3–4.
- Adequate construction experience in relevant fields (similar projects).
- At least 5 completed projects in the last 5 years of similar nature.
- Active NTN & GST registration; not blacklisted by any government/semi-government department.
