District Council Jhelum Tender Notice – Road Rehabilitation Works (3 Packages)

District Council Jhelum invites sealed bids through the Punjab E-Procurement portal (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) from contractors registered on the Punjab e-procurement system for the current procurement period. Bidding documents and detailed terms and conditions are available for free download from the Punjab e-procurement website. Bids must be submitted online and accompanied by the required bid security (CDR) through the portal.

Submission deadline: bids must be submitted via Punjab E-Procurement by or before 10:00 AM PST on 2026-09-30. Bids will be opened the same day at 02:30 PM PST through the portal; bidders or their authorized representatives may attend the opening in the office of the District Council Jhelum. Bid securities will be refunded after completion of the evaluation process. As per Punjab Local Government (Works) Rules 2017, the lowest bidder may be required to deposit additional performance security (total security up to 10% including CDR) if the quoted rate is within 5% of the estimated cost. Incomplete, ambiguous or unfilled bids will not be entertained. The competent authority may reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
