TEVTA Invitation to Bid – HR Services for OEP Project (Package TEVTA/PC/832/2025-26)

Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA), Government of the Punjab, invites encrypted electronic bids under single-stage two-envelope national competitive bidding from active taxpayers registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and registered with Income Tax and Provincial/Federal Sales Tax Authorities for provision of HR services for the OEP Project.

Key instructions: Bidding documents are available on the Punjab e-Procurement System and the PPRA website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and can be downloaded free of cost. Encrypted electronic bids must be prepared in conformity with bidding documents and submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System by the stated deadline. Bid security must be submitted online as per PPRA and Punjab e-Procurement requirements. Bidders are responsible for timely uploading of bids; TEVTA will not accept late submissions or accept responsibility for any delays.
