Tender Notice: Supply of IPM Pesticides, Equipment, Training Materials & Services – Directorate of Agriculture Extension, Gilgit

Issuer: Directorate of Agriculture Extension, Office of the Deputy Director Agriculture (IPM), Gilgit. Dated: 13 August 2026. Sealed bids are invited from relevant suppliers and firms for supply of items and services under Regular/Development/ET budget for the Financial Year 2026–2027.

Important deadlines & submission details:

- Tender documents can be obtained during office hours on or before 2026-08-31 up to 10:00 AM.

- Sealed tenders must be submitted by the above deadline. Tenders will be opened on the same date 2026-08-31 at 10:30 AM.

Key terms and conditions:

- Bids must be accompanied by 3% of the total offered amount as bid security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) issued by scheduled banks and KCBL in favour of Deputy Director Agriculture (IPM), Gilgit.

- Suppliers must clearly mention the item/lot number and item name on the envelope for which they apply.

- The bidder/supplier must have a minimum of two years' relevant experience with a completion certificate of similar nature work.

- The supplier must quote rates for all items; incomplete bids may be considered non-responsive.

- Unrealistic rates (over or under estimated) will be rejected outright.

- Quotations received without CDR or after the due date will not be entertained and conditional quotations will be treated as non-responsive.

- A single-stage two-envelope procedure will be adopted; financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened.
