PIDC Invitation to Bid: Infrastructure Contractor for Naushahro Feroze Industrial Park (Phase‑II)

Pakistan Industrial Development Corporation (PIDC), Procurement Agency (PA)—Ministry of Industries & Production—invites e‑bids from reputed firms registered on PPRA ePADS for contractor services for infrastructure development (Left‑Over / New and Allied Works, Phase‑II) at Naushahro Feroze Industrial Park (NFIP), Naushahro Feroze. Bidding documents are available free of cost on PPRA eProcure (https://eprocure.gov.pk) and PIDC website (www.pidc.com.pk/tenders/).

Submission method & bid procedure: Submission of proposals through PPRA ePADS is mandatory. Bids shall be submitted electronically on ePADS under the "Single Stage Two Envelope" procedure. Scanned copy of bid security (Call Deposit Receipt/Pay Order or bank guarantee from a scheduled bank in Pakistan, or insurance company with required rating) must be uploaded on ePADS; the original bid security must reach PIDC before the bid deadline.

• Pre‑bid meeting: 2026-08-25 at 11:30 a.m. at the address given below to clarify bidder queries.
• Last date & time for submission (ePADS): 2026-09-03 by 11:00 a.m.
• Opening of bids (technical envelopes): 2026-09-03 at 11:30 a.m. (bids will be opened electronically; financial proposals of technically qualified bidders will be opened later in presence of bidder representatives).

Eligibility & conditions: Firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C‑2 or above, registered with relevant tax authorities, and have relevant experience in similar works. The Most Advantageous Bid will be selected after evaluation of technical and financial proposals as per PPRA rules. PIDC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA rules.
