| Key Qualifications | Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized university. Master’s in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Structural Engineering or related field is an advantage. Registration as a Professional Engineer with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). |
| Key Experience | Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible professional experience in civil engineering design, planning, cost estimation, BOQ preparation, construction supervision, contract administration and quality assurance for public infrastructure. Experience preparing Engineer’s Estimates, technical specifications, bidding documents and evaluation of civil works. Familiarity with PEC standards, Building Codes of Pakistan, FIDIC or similar contract standards. Experience on projects financed by World Bank, ADB, JICA or other development partners is an advantage. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office and engineering software. Strong analytical, communication and report writing skills. |
