NHA Punjab‑North Invites e‑Bids for Auditorium & Mosque Construction and N‑5 Repair/Maintenance Works (Lahore) – Deadline 2022-09-15

The National Highway Authority (Government of Pakistan), Ministry of Communications – National Highway Authority, Punjab‑North Region (Central Zone) invites sealed electronic bids (e‑bids) from eligible, registered contractors for multiple construction and repair/maintenance packages on N‑5 and for works at the NHA Zonal Office Lahore. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), active on the Federal Board of Revenue as taxpayers, and submit the prescribed bid security (2% of the Engineer's estimate) in the form of P.O./CDR in favour of National Highway Authority (Road Maintenance Fund / Security Deposit).

Key submission details:

- Bids must be submitted electronically through NHA e‑bidding system: www.ebidding.nha.gov.pk and bidders should ensure they are registered as required. Hard/manual bids will not be entertained.

- Bid security: 2% of the Engineer's estimate in shape of P.O./CDR in favour of National Highway Authority (Road Maintenance Fund / Security Deposit).

- Deadline for submission: 2022-09-15 at 12:30 Hours (local). Technical bids will be opened the same day at 13:00 Hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
