Request for Bids — Civil Works and On‑Grid/Hybrid Solar PV Systems for Multiple Cantonment Boards

Issuer: Headquarters Military Lands & Cantonments (Director CMLA), Headquarters Military Lands & Cantonments, Rawalpindi.

Purpose: Procurement of civil works including installation, testing, commissioning and successful completion of on‑grid / hybrid Solar PV systems and associated civil works at multiple Cantonment Boards.

Bid procedure: Single‑Stage, Two‑Envelope procurement process will be used. Bidders must submit technical and financial proposals in separate envelopes. Bids must be accompanied by the required bid security as specified in the bidding documents. Procurement and bidding documents are available through the applicable e‑procurement/e‑acquisition platform (EPADS/e‑procurement) and the Headquarters Military Lands & Cantonments office.

Eligibility & requirements: Interested contractors must meet the eligibility, technical and financial criteria detailed in the bidding documents and comply with the procurement rules stated therein. Submission must follow the instructions in the bid documents.
