Qualifications & experience required:
- Master's degree in a relevant discipline from an HEC-recognized university/institute.
- 15–20 years of progressively responsible professional experience, including at least 5 years in a senior executive/leadership position.
- Proven experience in organizational leadership, financial management, audits, donor compliance, governance, and humanitarian/disaster response.
- Experience with national or international humanitarian organizations or comparable institutions is a strong preference.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, governance, financial, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Selection process: Transparent, competitive and merit-based. Shortlisting and assessment will be undertaken against clearly defined criteria; shortlisted candidates will be assessed by the designated Selection Panel/Committee.
