Bahria University invites sealed bids via E-PADS for the construction of a boundary wall and watch tower at Bahria University Lahore Campus, Dream Gardens, Lahore.

Eligible firms registered with the tax authorities and PEC (C-3 or above) may download tender documents from E-PADS or obtain them from DD (Development), Bahria University Islamabad (Quaid Block Basement Room No.09) or the Project Coordinator Office, Bahria University Lahore Campus, 47-C Civic Center, Johar Town, Lahore. Tender documents require a non-refundable pay order of Rs.5,000 in favor of Bahria University Islamabad (NTN 2132767-0). Bids must be submitted through E-PADS and the hard copy of uploaded documents plus original bid security of Rs.1,875,000 (Pay Order/Demand Draft/CDR) deposited with DD (Development), Bahria University Islamabad before 1100 hrs on 23 July 2026; tenders will be opened at 1130 hrs the same day.
