Issuer: Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO), Peshawar. Purpose: Invitation to electronic bids (e‑Bids) through EPADS v2.0 for disposal/auction of assorted public assets on an "as is where is" basis. Eligible bidders include individuals, sole proprietorships, partnerships, companies, NGOs and other legal entities as permitted under PPRA rules.
Submission & bid security: Bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0. Specified Earnest Money (bid security) for each lot must be submitted electronically on EPADS and the original (Pay Order/Bank Draft) must be delivered to PESCO prior to opening as specified in the bidding documents. All sales are subject to applicable taxes and Federal Board of Revenue rules. Detailed terms, conditions, lot-wise bid securities and inspection arrangements are available on EPADS and from PESCO.
