Invitation to Bid – Supply of Food & Grocery Items for Customs Enforcement School, Peshawar (FY 2026–27)

Government of Pakistan, Customs Enforcement School, Peshawar invites sealed bids from authorized distributors, firms, suppliers and contractors who are registered with Sales Tax / Income Tax and are on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR for the supply of food and grocery items for trainees for the financial year 2026–27.

Bidding documents, containing terms and conditions, are available from the HQ: General Branch, Customs Enforcement School, Custom House, Peshawar, on payment of Rs. 2,000/- (non‑refundable). Bids must be prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents and accompanied by required tax registration and NTN / ATL status as applicable.

Submission details:

Submit sealed bids to the office of the Deputy Commandant (CFS), Custom House, Peshawar. Last date and time for submission: 2026-10-05 up to 01:30 PM. Bids will be opened on the same day 2026-10-05 at 02:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

The bid list also includes various fresh fruits (banana, apple, orange) and other grocery/fresh produce items and an LPG gas cylinder as part of the complete procurement schedule (total items listed in the bidding documents).
