PESCO Invitation to E-Bid: Transformer Repair & Meter Shifting (Tenders MM-25, MM-26)

Issuer: Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO). PESCO invites e-bids on EPADS v2.0 for procurement planned under FY 2026-27 for the works listed below. Manual bid submission is not allowed; bidders must submit e-bids on EPADS and also deliver the original bid security in a sealed envelope as specified.

Key action and submission details:

- Submit e-bids via EPADS v2.0 at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/.

- Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0. A tutorial is available: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MNWST38v71c.

- Bid security: as specified in the bidding document (Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee issued by any scheduled bank of Pakistan), in favor of CEO PESCO.

- The original bid security, together with a covering letter, must be submitted in a sealed envelope to Room No. 310, MM Directorate, PESCO H/Q, Shami Road, Peshawar on or before the bid closing time; failure to submit the sealed original will render the bid non-responsive and rejected.

- E-bids must be submitted on or before Thursday, October 1, 2026 at 10:00 AM. E-bids will be opened the same day at 10:30 AM using EPADS v2.0.

- Manual submission of bids will not be entertained. Conditional bids, partial/incomplete documents, or bids not accompanied by the sealed original CDR/Bank Guarantee as bid security will be rejected.

- PESCO reserves the right to accept or reject all bids as per Public Procurement Rules (PPR) Rule 33(1). Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) notified per Rules 48 of PPR 2004 is available on EPADS v2.0.
