- Turnover requirement: Rs. 7,000,000 for packages at S.No. 1–2; Rs. 10,500,000 for packages at S.No. 3–4 (in three subsequent previous years).

- Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) C-6 and above (up to Rs. 25 million) in relevant category. Specialized PEC codes: EE11(i), EE11(ii), EE11(iii) (Solar).

- Bid security: 2% of estimated cost (in form of bank guarantee / deposit at call from a scheduled bank in the name of the undersigned).
