Tender: Provision & Installation of Home Solar Systems in Kech (PSDP 1858–1871) — Energy Department Balochistan

Issuer: Director General (South), Energy Department, Balochistan. Procurement under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules - 2014. Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure.

Purpose: Procurement, supply and installation of DC home solar systems under various PSDP schemes in Kech district and one UC scheme. Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost (in the form of bank guarantee / deposit at call).

Key eligibility and conditions:

- Active taxpayer presence (Active Taxpayer List).
- Not blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan.
- Balochistan Revenue Authority (BRA) registration must be active.
- Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) C-6 and above (up to 25 million) in relevant category and specialist code: EE11(1) (Solar), EE11(=) (Solar Energy), EE11(=) (Solar Energy System).
- The bidder must have completed at least one assignment of similar nature (DC Solar Home System) in the last 3 years in any government sector.
- Turnover requirements (in last 3 subsequent previous years): Rs. 17,500,000 for S.No.1; Rs. 13,300,000 for S.No.2; Rs. 9,800,000 for S.Nos.3–5.
