SEPCO invites eligible national and international bidders/firms/JVs under National Competitive Bidding (single stage one envelope) to supply, install, test and commission Asset Performance Management System (APMS) for pole-mounted distribution transformers as per PPMC specification No. DS-01:2026. The procurement covers a total of 17,999 APMS units across three lots with allied accessories and a complete turnkey solution for successful operation within SEPCO's jurisdiction.

Eligibility and Submission:
Foreign bidders/proposers may participate only in joint venture with Pakistani contractors who are registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, are on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR, and registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). Bidders/firms/JVs must participate through E-PADS V2.0. Bidders not registered on E-PADS should contact PPRA for registration; submissions other than via E-PADS will be rejected. Bidding documents, detailed terms, specifications and schedules of requirements are available on E-PADS V2.0.
