SEPCO Invitation for E-Bids: Supply, Installation & Commissioning of 10,916 APMS for Pole-Mounted Distribution Transformers

Issuer: Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO). Tender No: PMU-ICB-APMS-01/2026-27. EPADS 2.0 Reference No: P138519. SEPCO invites international and national bidders/joint ventures under International Competitive Bidding (ICB) through single-stage one-envelope e-bidding on E-PADS V2.0 for supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Asset Performance Management Systems (APMS) for pole-mounted distribution transformers on a turnkey basis, in accordance with PPRA Rules and PPMC specification No. DS-01:2026.

APMS will be provided for the following transformer capacities: 25 kVA, 50 kVA, 100 kVA and 200 kVA distribution transformers. Bidding documents, detailed terms, conditions and specifications are available on E-PADS V2.0. Bidders not registered on E-PADS should contact PPRA for registration. Tenders submitted by any method other than E-PADS will be rejected.
