| Qualification | Minimum graduation from an HEC-recognized local or international university/college/institute. Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized university/institution preferred. |

| Experience | Minimum 6 years in commercial banking, with at least 3 years as Branch Manager, Branch Operation Manager, Relationship Manager or similar role. Female branch managers on a career break (not more than 3 years) are encouraged to apply. |
| Employment Type | Contractual basis for three years (may be renewed at Management discretion). Selected candidates will be offered compensation package and benefits as per Bank’s policy/rules. |
| Key Skills & Knowledge | Branch banking and operations, product knowledge, AML/CFT & SBP regulations, compliance, business acumen, leadership and branch management, customer service, audit handling, KYC, team building, planning, and ability to meet sales targets. |
| Main Duties | Overall management of branch affairs (consumer, liabilities, wealth management), achieve branch sales/targets, acquire and manage deposit generation, ensure service delivery and customer satisfaction, implement cost-saving initiatives, manage staff recruitment/succession, ensure compliance with banking laws, AML/KYC, internal controls, documentation and reporting, and other assignments as required. |
