| Educational / Professional Qualification | Minimum B.E. (Civil) or B. Tech (Civil) or equivalent from HEC-recognized institution. Candidates with a Master’s degree and/or relevant certification preferred. |
| Experience | Minimum 04 years of relevant experience. Candidates with bank and/or financial institution experience preferred. |
| Key Skills / Knowledge | Project estimation and billing, project execution, cross-functional teamwork, strong verbal/written communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, MS Office proficiency. |
| Main Duties & Responsibilities | Site visits and overall project assessment; prepare cost estimates and bidding documents per bank policy; review and verify project bills/invoices; coordinate with consultants, branches and regional offices; supervise building construction and renovation; issue valuation certificates for House Building Finance (HBF); provide site supervision and perform assignments as directed by supervisors. |
