Office of the Assistant Director (SR), Local Government & RDD, District South Waziristan Lower invites sealed tenders through ePADS for Uplifting / Beautification Activities (including infrastructure improvement, monuments, streets) under MRS-2025 (1st Bi-Annual). Procurement will follow Single Stage Single Envelope procedure through ePADS and Centralized Enlistment Policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Bid documents can be downloaded from the ePADS portal (www.eprocure.gov.pk) and KP-PPRA website after publication of NIT. Bids must be submitted online through the ePADS system. Cutting/overwriting in bids is not acceptable. Bid securities (2% of estimated cost) in the form/format required must be uploaded as specified on ePADS.
