The Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division, D.I. Key submission and eligibility information:

- Last date and time for bid submission through E-PADS: 2026-09-18 by 12:00 PM. Bids will be opened at 12:30 PM on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend.
- Bids must be uploaded through E-PADS in two envelopes (technical and financial). Financial bids of technically unqualified bidders will be returned unopened.
- All bids must be accompanied by earnest money equal to 2% of the bid cost in the form of a call deposit in the name of Executive Engineer PHE Division DIKhan. Applicable stamp duty and other requirements as per rules apply.
- Clarifications or queries, if any, should be submitted via the E-PADS portal. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per applicable rules.
