Mandatory documents and eligibility (as stated): Upload financial securities in required format on EPADS; submit original CDRs (from scheduled banks); separate financial proposals for each work; participating contractors must submit updated FBR (Active Status), KPRA (Active Status), PEC License and C&W enlistment copies for the current financial year; all bidders must be registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) under Finance Act, 2013 (Act No. XXI of 2013). All federal/provincial duties, stamp duties and taxes will be recovered as directed by the government.
Other conditions: Bid security of 1st, 2nd & 3rd lowest bidder will be retained until approval. Any bidder providing incorrect information shall be declared non-responsive and debarred. Period of completion will be based on issued Work Orders. Any missing conditions/instructions will be dealt with in light of KPPR rules.
