E-Tender Notice: Drainage & Street Works in Gujrat (Vill. Dhugal & UC Tanda)

Assistant Engineer, LG&CD Civil Sub Division, Gujrat (on behalf of Executive Engineer, LG&CD Civil Division, Works Gujrat) invites online bids from eligible contractors/firms through the Punjab e-Procurement System for construction of drainage systems and streets in Gujrat District under PSDP/Development schemes for Financial Year 2026-27 where applicable.

Key instructions: bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted online as a Digital Bank Guarantee (e-Bank Guarantee) through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Performance security of 10% of the contract price shall be furnished as required (SWIFT MT760 accepted as specified). Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Bids shall remain valid for 60 days from the date of opening. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.

Submission deadline: Bids must be submitted online on or before 2023-09-19 at 12:30 PM. Electronic bid opening will be held the same day at 01:00 PM in the office of the Assistant Engineer, LG&CD Civil Sub Division, Gujrat.

Important conditions: any bidder quoting a rate more than 30% below the estimated cost must submit item rate analysis to the office before award; incomplete, conditional or late bids will be rejected.
