LG&CD Civil Division Gujrat — E‑Tender Notice for Multiple Road and Drain Rehabilitation Works

Local Government & Community Development (LG&CD), Civil Division Gujrat invites electronic bids from eligible contractors/firms through the Punjab e‑Procurement System for multiple development works including rehabilitation/construction of streets, drains, nallahs and roads. Contractors must be duly enlisted/renewed with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the Financial Year 2026‑27 where applicable and meet all eligibility requirements in the bidding documents.

Key instructions and requirements:

- Submission method: Electronic bids only via the Punjab e‑Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Bidding documents, detailed instructions, specifications, BOQs and conditions are available for download free of cost from the e‑Procurement System and the PPRA Punjab website.

- Bid submission deadline: 2026-09-16 at 12:30 PM (bids to be submitted electronically on or before this date/time). Bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 01:00 PM.

- Bid security: 5% of the estimated cost (see bidding documents for acceptable forms and submission procedure).

- Performance security: Successful bidder shall furnish a Performance Security equal to 10% of the Contract Price as required by the rules and bidding conditions.

- Bid validity: Bids shall remain valid for 60 days from the date of opening (or as specified in the bidding documents).

- Other conditions: The procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended). The Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any bid or annul the process as per applicable rules.
