The Project Implementation Unit (PIU), Electricity Distribution Efficiency Improvement Project (EDEIP), Ministry of Energy (Power Division) requests Expressions of Interest (REOI) from qualified digital & social media solutions firms to provide communications and digital services to support EDEIP and the World Bank–funded Power Subsidy Reform — National CNIC-to-Meter Linkage Campaign.

| Key Eligibility / Shortlisting Criteria | Interested firms must demonstrate required qualifications and relevant experience including documented technical/organizational capacity (e.g., brochures, CVs, similar assignments). The shortlisting criteria include a minimum five (5) years of continuous documented experience in digital marketing, experience across multiple social/digital platforms, availability of appropriate staff and capacity to execute campaigns; minimum two (2) large-scale paid digital/social campaigns for federal/provincial government or private sector with at least one assignment nationwide. Campaigns targeting low-income or underserved populations will be given weight. |
