QESCO Tender T-2076 – Supply of 84 × 50 kVA Distribution Transformers

Quetta Electric Supply Company (QESCO) invites e-bids for the supply of distribution transformers. Interested, eligible bidders registered on the E-PADS portal and in relevant categories with PPMC/PEPCO or DISCO/NTDC may submit bids as per the instructions below.

How to apply / submit bids: Bids must be submitted online through the E-PADS Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS v2.0) at http://www.epads.gop.pk. This tender follows a Single Stage One Envelope procurement procedure.

Eligibility & documents: Bidders must be registered on E-PADS and registered in the required categories with PPMC (formerly PEPCO)/DISCO or NTDC as applicable. Bid security and its validity must conform to the Standard Bidding Documents; the original bank instrument (call deposit / bank guarantee) must reach the office of Manager (Material Management), QESCO Headquarters, Zarghoon Road, Quetta on or before the scheduled bid submission deadline, otherwise the bid will be rejected as non-responsive.

Opening and representation: Bids will be opened at the Manager (Material Management) office, QESCO Quetta (Chief Executive Office, Zarghoon Road, Quetta) on the date/time shown above in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend.

Right to accept/reject: QESCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with applicable PPRA rules.
