Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), under the Integrated Flood Resilience and Adaptation Project (IFRAP) and the Modernization of Hydromet Services Project (MHSP), invites Expressions of Interest for the shortlisting and selection of an individual Financial Management Specialist (FMS) to join the Project Implementation Unit (PIU) in Islamabad on a contract, full-time basis.
Qualified candidates (professional accounting qualification such as CA/ACCA/ACMA from a recognized institution and extensive experience—notably around ten years—managing finance for large international or national projects) should submit an EOI and CV demonstrating relevant qualifications and experience. Selection will follow World Bank procurement regulations for individual consultants.
