PEC Khyber Pakhtunkhwa — Request for Bids for Procurement of Assorted Election Material (Ref: P109723)

Office of the Provincial Election Commissioner, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed e-bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of assorted election material for Local Government Elections (Ref: P109723). Procurement will follow Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules and applicable regulations.

- Bidding documents, detailed terms, specifications and instructions are available on the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0. Interested bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit bids electronically; manual/physical submissions will not be accepted.

- All bids must be accompanied by the required bid security in the form and amount specified in the bidding documents.

- E-bids must be uploaded through EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, 2020-09-28 by 11:30 AM. Bids will be opened on EPADS v2.0 the same day at 12:00 noon.
