Faisalabad Medical University (including Allied Hospital‑I, Allied Hospital‑II & Faisalabad Teaching Hospital) invites sealed bids on F.O.R. basis from reputable firms registered with income tax and sales tax and listed as active taxpayers for the supply of various store items through the Punjab e‑Procurement System. Bidding will follow the Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (amended), and procurement will be conducted electronically.

• Issuer: Vice Chancellor, Faisalabad Medical University, Faisalabad.
• Submission and opening will be conducted through the Punjab e‑Procurement System (electronic submission required).
• Bidders must be registered with applicable tax authorities and be on the active taxpayer list.
• Bidding procedure: Single Stage – Two Envelope as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (amended).
• Bid security: 2% of the estimated price of each lot (failure to submit will result in rejection).
• Successful bidder will be required to furnish a 5% performance guarantee.
