Municipal Corporation Multan E-Tender for Stationery, Sweets, Illumination, Tentage & Street Light Materials

Municipal Corporation Multan invites e-bids through the Punjab E-Procurement System for supply and rental framework contracts for multiple lots. Bids must be submitted online and will be opened as per the schedule below. Documents, detailed terms and conditions, and bidding forms are available free of cost on the Punjab e‑procurement portal.

Key dates & venue: E-bid submission deadline (online): 2026-09-21 up to 11:00 AM. E-bid opening (on e-procurement portal and Committee Room, MC Office, Mumtazabad, Multan): 2026-09-21 at 11:30 AM.

How to apply: Submit e-bids only via the Punjab E-Procurement System (e-procurement portal). Bidding documents and detailed terms & conditions are available on the portal.

Bid security & guarantees: Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost for each lot (as specified) must be provided as required by the e-procurement procedures. Successful bidder will deposit a performance guarantee of 10% of contract amount before issuance of supply order. Additional performance security may be required under rules and law for each lot separately.

Procurement procedure & eligibility: Single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure will be followed. All rates must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all applicable taxes. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under Punjab Procurement Rules.

Special requirement: Bidders for Lot #5 (street light materials) must have a PEC certificate with code E-06 to be eligible to participate for that lot.
