Issuer: Senior Assistant Director, Local Government & Rural Development, Sibi (Government of Balochistan).
Sealed percentage-rate tenders are invited on composite Schedule of Rates 2026 (PSDP Programme 2026-27) from eligible contractors/firms for the works listed below. Tender fee PKR 2,000 and bid security 2% of the estimated cost for each work are required.

Eligibility & Requirements: Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and hold valid income tax and sales tax registration. Bids must include required bid security and original tender fee deposit. Bid validity: 90 days (as per notice).
Procurement Procedure: Single-stage, two-envelope procedure under Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules. Original call deposit/green challan and required documents must accompany bids.
