Tender: Home Solar Systems (PSDP Projects) — DG (North), Energy Department, Balochistan

Director General (North), Energy Department invites bids for multiple PSDP home solar system works for Year 2026. Procurement will be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules - 2014 using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure.

Eligibility and key conditions:

- Presence on Active Taxpayer List. Bidders must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan.

- Balochistan Revenue Authority registration required (BRA registration must be active).

- Minimum turnover: at least 14,000,000 PKR in three preceding years.

- Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) C-6 and above (up to 25 million) in relevant category and specialized codes EE11(i), EE11(ii), EE11(iii) (Solar / Solar Energy / Solar Energy System).

- The bidder must have completed at least one assignment of similar nature (DC Solar Home System) in the last 3 years in any government sector.

Bid security: 2% in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank in favour of the undersigned.

Tender documents: Available from the office of the undersigned and downloadable from the BPPRA website. Issuance: from date of publication of NIT to bid opening during office hours on working days.

Submission and opening:

- Last date for bid submission: 2026-09-25, up to 10:00 AM.

- Tender opening: 2026-09-25 at 11:00 AM.
