Tender fee: PKR 2,000 (non-refundable). Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost to be submitted as Deposit at Call or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank in Pakistan. Procurement procedure: Single Stage — Two Envelope bidding. Tender documents and bidding information are available electronically; bids must be submitted through the supplier dashboard of the ePPS.

Eligibility & required documents

• Presence on the Active Taxpayer List. • Bidder must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency. • Registration as required by local revenue/registration authorities. • Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration C-3 or above (relevant category and code as per bidding documents). • At least two completed assignments of similar nature. • Financial capacity: turnover of the preceding three years as specified in the bidding documents. • Bid must include a Power of Attorney on Rs.100 stamp paper naming the authorized representative (with CNIC).

Submission & contact

Bids can only be submitted electronically by 2026-10-01 at 11:00 AM via the ePPS supplier dashboard. Tenders will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM on the ePPS.
