Pakistan Railways (Headquarters Office) invites sealed electronic bids through EPADS v2.0 for procurement of goods as per the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bidding will follow Single Stage One/Two Envelope procedure and open competitive bidding using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique where applicable.
