Tender: Procurement of Cochlear Implant Devices for Mustahik Child Patients — Pir Abdul Qadir Shah Jeelani Institute of Medical Sciences, Gambat

Purpose: Procurement of cochlear implant devices through Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal for mustahik (needy) child patients for the financial year 2026-27 under the relevant provisions of SPPRA Rules 2010 (Amended 2019).

How to apply: E-bids must be submitted through the E-PADS (e-procurement) system. Bidding documents can be viewed/downloaded from the EPADS portal (as indicated in the bidding documents). A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,000 (Pay Order / Cash Deposit) in favour of "Director Pir Abdul Qadir Shah Jeelani Institute of Medical Sciences Gambat" must be submitted as part of the application process. Tender documents are available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (except Sunday and public holidays) from the date of publication on the EPADS portal.

Bidders' eligibility: Bidders must be registered and appear on the "List of Active Taxpayers" of FBR/SAB (for income tax and Cid TridiT, whichever is applicable) and must be manufacturers or their authorized agents/distributors. Bidders should follow the instructions and conditions in the bidding documents.

Bid security and forms: Bids must be accompanied by bid security (amount as specified in the bidding documents). Acceptable forms: Bank Draft / Pay Order / Call Deposit / Bank Guarantee in favour of "Director Pir Abdul Qadir Shah Jeelani Institute of Medical Sciences Gambat".

Other conditions: The Institute reserves the right to postpone, accept or reject any or all bids under the relevant provisions of SPPRA Rules 2010 (Amended 2019). If a government-declared public holiday falls on the submission/opening date, submission and opening will occur on the next working day. Government taxes (including professional tax, GST/SST, duties, etc.) will be applied wherever applicable.
