Important conditions: Each envelope must contain separate Technical and Financial bids clearly marked. BOQ and required documents must be uploaded on EPADS. Bidders who only submit a hard copy without uploading on EPADS will be considered non-responsive. WSSC Kohat will hand over tube wells in working condition to the successful contractor. All federal and provincial duties, stamp duties and taxes including Income Tax, Sales Tax and KPRA dues will be recoverable as per government directives. WSSC Kohat reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per KP KPPRA Rules 2014.
