Eligibility & Mandatory Documents:
To participate, bidders must submit: valid registration with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and appear on Active Taxpayer List (ATL); valid Professional Tax Certificate; updated Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in Category C-4 for the current year; affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper (Rs. 300); proof of firm ownership; details of any pending litigation; no blacklisting. Bids must include required security and documents as specified in the tender documents.
Notes: Tender documents and detailed terms & conditions are available on the PPRA E-PADS-2 system. PAA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules. Original bid security must be from a scheduled bank in favor of the designated PAA account and submitted in person.
