HESCO Hyderabad — Invitation to E‑Bid for Multiple Civil Works & Security Room Packages

Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO) invites e-bids under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) using Single Stage Single Envelope e‑bidding method for multiple civil works packages across HESCO area. Packages include construction of operation sub‑divisions, new office buildings, GI vehicle parking shades, construction/rehabilitation of security guard rooms at 132kV grid stations, repairs/rehabilitation works, and other related civil works. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for 2026‑27 and meet the eligibility/experience requirements given in the bidding documents.

Bidding method: Single Stage Single Envelope (e‑bids). Bid documents, terms & conditions and online submission are available via the E‑PADS/e‑procurement portal and HESCO website. Bids must include required bid security as specified in the tender documents and will be opened on the scheduled dates shown below. Bids shall remain valid as required in the bidding document.
