Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited (PIDCL), Ministry of Housing & Works, Government of Pakistan, invites bids through the E-PADS 2.0 platform for the construction of a flyover bridge in Hyderabad. Procurement will follow the Single Stage Single Envelope method as defined in PPRA Rule 36(a). Bidders must be registered and qualified per the requirements below and submit bids online via E-PADS 2.0.
