Regional Sales Manager (Consumer Banking) – The Bank of Punjab (Gujrat & Karachi)

Develop customer and business propositions and ensure execution through an efficient delivery network.
Develop and co‑execute marketing and sales calendars, programs and appropriate sales collateral.
Ensure sales force delivers planned business targets through deepening and cross‑selling of Bank products in branches.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, internal policies and sales processes.
Coach branch sales staff on product knowledge and positioning; engage prospective, existing and institutional/corporate clients for business and networking.
Drive branch staff productivity targets and deposit base growth.
