Planning & Development Department, Government of Balochistan invites applications for the position of Project Director for the PSDP-funded project “Implementation of Hub City Master Plan”. The Project Director will be engaged on a contract basis to lead project planning and implementation in Hub, District Hub, Balochistan.

| Education | Minimum 16 years of education from HEC-recognized institution in one of the following: BE/BS in Engineering (with PEC registration), Project Management, MPA/MPP, MBA/MPM, or a Master’s/4-year BS in Economics or related fields |
| Experience | Minimum 10 years of professional experience in rural/urban planning, infrastructure development and project management in development projects across public and private sectors. Sound knowledge of project planning and Government of Pakistan project procedures required. Prior experience as Project Director in public sector in Balochistan is an advantage. |
| Age Limit | Minimum 40 years; Maximum 62 years (as of date of appointment) |
| Selection Criteria | Selection will be carried out in accordance with Planning & Development Department policy. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. Government employees must apply through proper channel and submit NOC. |
