FESCO Invitation for Bids (E-PADS v2.0) — Multiple HT/LT Works (Tender Nos. 20/2026 to 43/2026)

Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites electronic bids through EPADS v2.0 from eligible bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 for multiple tender packages (Tender Nos. 20/2026 to 43/2026) for carriage, erection and associated HT/LT works, transformers, stringing of HT lines, and related maintenance/emergency works for plain and hilly areas under various divisions/jurisdictions.

Key dates: Submission deadline: 2026-09-15 up to 12:15 PM. Bid opening: 2026-09-15 at 12:45 PM (same day).

Completion Period: 12 months.

Eligibility & minimum requirements (as stated):

• PEC registered contractors — PEC Category C-6 with specialization codes EE-04 & EE-05 (and other conditions as per PEC/EPC rules) for the year 2025-26.
• Active taxpayer status (ATL) and valid registration with Punjab Revenue Authority where applicable.
• Bidders to provide bid security (earnest money) equal to 2% of the tender amount in the form required by the tender documents.
• Latest registration/renewal and documentary requirements as per the bidding documents and PPRA/FESCO rules.

Submission & bidding procedure:

• All bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0 — manual/physical submissions will not be entertained.
• E-Bidding documents, bid submission instructions, and detailed terms and conditions are available on the PPRA and FESCO websites and via the EPADS portal.
• Original bid security/guarantee as indicated in e-bidding documents must accompany the bid as per the tender instructions.
