Issuer: Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, GIZ Office Islamabad, Pakistan. GIZ Pakistan invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified firms for a framework consultancy to provide communication services including photography, videography, video production and graphic design for GIZ Pakistan projects across the country.
Scope & Purpose: Establish a framework contract with a firm capable of delivering multi-media and communication services efficiently and cost-effectively for projects implemented in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Punjab, Sindh, Balochistan, Gilgit-Baltistan and via the country office in Islamabad.
How to Submit: Submit EOI documents in a sealed envelope to GIZ Pakistan, Level 02, Serena Business Complex, Khayaban-e-Suhrawardy, Sector G-5/1, Islamabad by the stated deadline. Only firms that pass GIZ technical assessment will be invited to submit a Request for Proposal (RFP). The method for submitting technical and financial proposals will be provided later by GIZ.

| Required documentation & minimum qualifications | - Undertaking that the firm is not blacklisted and not engaged in litigation against an employer. - Active NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates (copies). - Registered business in Pakistan (SECP certificate). - Registered office address in Pakistan and registered field office in each region of service (e.g., ICT, Punjab, KP, Sindh, Balochistan). - Presence in all provinces of Pakistan through either staff or field offices (provide details of experts available in each field/location). - Turnover for the last three years: at least PKR 17 million. - Experience working with at least three international organisations. - Minimum five years’ experience providing multi-media services to government or development sector organisations in Pakistan. - Submit a company profile with a table of contents; address each of the stated requirements in separate sections with supporting documentation and clearly indicated page numbers. |
| Selection process | Only EOIs that fully meet the stated requirements will be short-listed. Short-listed firms will be invited to submit a technical and financial proposal (RFP). All correspondence, proposals and dealings with GIZ must be in English. |
