PHED DI Khan: E-Bids invited for Drinking Water Supply Schemes (Southern Districts)

Public Health Engineering Division, D.I. Khan (APD No. 251122) invites electronic bids from eligible government-registered contractors on a Single Stage Single Envelope basis for construction of drinking water supply and sanitation schemes in Southern Districts, D.I. Khan for the 2025-26 program year. Sub-head works generally include tube wells, pump chambers (12x12), compound walls, surface tanks, supply mains, distribution systems, platforms and water collecting points.

Key instructions:

• Bid solicitation documents can be obtained from the office or via the EPADS system on any working day before the closing date and time.
• Bidders must submit financial bids before the closing date and time. Financial sealed bids shall include the required call deposit as per KPPRA rules.
• If quoted rates are more than 20% below the estimate, revised analysis must be sealed and submitted; failure to do so may lead to rejection.
• Bidders required to send their bids through courier to the undersigned office before closing time.
• All terms and conditions will be as per KPPRA rules, PEC, SBDs and other relevant laws.
• Financial bid opening will be held on the same date at 2:30 PM.
