Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO) invites e-Bids from eligible contractors under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) using Single Stage Single Envelope e-bidding for multiple civil works packages. Bidders must submit bids electronically through the e-procurement (E-PADS) system in accordance with Pakistan procurement rules and the conditions in the bidding documents.
