Eligibility and conditions (summary): Firms must be registered with FBR for income tax and with BRA, appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL), have PEC registration as a consulting engineering firm, and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency. Firms should have at least four assignments of similar nature and complexity and a turnover of at least PKR 210,000,000 in the three previous years. Financial proposals will be opened only for consultants whose technical proposals are considered responsive. Bids must include bid security in the form specified in the RFP, payable to the undersigned.
